At that point all communication was blocked by Pam. By now my vet bills have added up to $9,000 and I asked Pam ** to at least reimburse me for the purchase price of Myka. Had I taken her up on a replacement puppy, the breeder would have had to forego the revenue generated from the sale of that puppy. I declined as after caring and loving Myka for a year she has become part of the family and is not a commodity you return because it turned out to be defective. She offered a replacement puppy (when one becomes available) as per the two-year health guarantee against life threatening genetic defects clause in the sales contract. I exchanged several medical reports with her. The breeder was “devastated” with the news as there is a potential genetic problem with the dogs she breeds. My advice as someone else wrote in their review.STAY FAR AWAY from these sellers. I am 60 years old and honestly have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I had so many questions to ask them but will not speak to them ever again. I hope to warn people that you don't get what you paid for. A total of 7 people did not receive their papers from this litter and any puppies or in the past from the same dam or sire of my puppy.
I was asked to send my payment as a friend and was told cash upon delivery. In the beginning I had put down four hundred dollars and have my receipt on PayPal stating I paid $2800.00 cash plus $200.00 for delivery due to my being disabled. I never know if one of their many people they told nasty things about me will come and try to get my dog. I also filed a police report about them due to the massive slander with the West Allis, Wi police so I have a case number for that also. Any further contact will be from the AKC and my lawyer. I know the litter was never registered as of September 12th 2022. There is no more contact, never really was and I will not be contacting the ** ever again.
Also a second time for the sales of puppies online.
I have an open case at the AKC, The ** Facebook pages have been removed twice due to libel statements.
